Confluence Financial Partners is currently seeking experienced Wealth Managers in our Pittsburgh and Naples markets. This individual can work from any of our four locations: North Hills, Downtown Pittsburgh, South Hills, or our new Naples office. Confluence Financial Partners operates from four offices – three in the Pittsburgh region and one in Naples, Florida. We are proud to serve 2,000+ families and have greater than $2.25 billion of assets under management. Candidates for this role should be focused on client relationship management, new business development, and continual improvement in life and career.

Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University preferred, and a minimum of four (4) years working experience.

  • Lead the client relationship process for your dedicated set of clients.
  • Manage the investment accounts of your clients (with access to our Investment Committee).
  • Provide clients with financial planning services (with access to our Wealth Planning Department).
  • Actively strive to grow your book of business through personal business development activities and those provided by the firm.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Finance, accounting, economics, or related field preferred.
  • Licenses required: Series 7 & Series 66 or Series 65.
  • 5+ years of experience as a lead financial advisor.
  • Experience bringing in new business.
  • Existing book of business.
  • Familiarity with MS Office 365 and various business software.
