Confluence Financial Partners (CFP), a growing financial services firm based in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a dynamic professional to serve as the Information Technology & Network Administrator. The successful candidate will be able to balance the day to day troubleshooting of IT problems that occur in a busy professional workplace with large-scale projects designed to foster continued growth at the firm.   • Monitor and manage the firm’s Salesforce platform
  • Troubleshoot and fix technology issues experienced by firm staff
  • Implement software updates
  • Conduct trainings for staff on information technology topics and internet security
  • Manage relationships with vendors that provide information technology services to the firm
  • Travel between various office locations (in the Pittsburgh region) as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned by firm management

Confluence uses Salesforce - experience with this software is required.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Data Networking, or related field
  • Previous experience managing transitions and integrations of different types of software
  • Prior experience and demonstrated success training employees on the implementation of software
  • Prior experience with Salesforce is a MUST
  • Professional and friendly demeanor, both in-person and on the phone
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, protect confidentiality, and multi-task with ease
  • Goal-oriented personality, with demonstrated track record of achievement
  • Some travel in the Pittsburgh region (downtown, McMurray, & Wexford) will be required
