A growing financial services company is looking for a professional, dedicated, well organized Office Manager to handle the day to day business operations in three office locations within the greater Pittsburgh area.  The Office Manager will be responsible for several areas of over site including but not limited to overseeing HR, IT, Marketing and Finance.  We need a dedicated professional who thrives on being involved in every aspect of our business.

Experience: Associate degree required (B.A. or B.S. preferred) - Management Experience Required

  • Manage day to day operations in three offices
  • Maintain coverages and manage scheduling of associates
  • Supervise, hire, train and develop associates
  • Onboarding and termination of associates
  • Support and back-up the payroll and financial associate
  • Support and oversee Marketing
  • Communicate, manage and train on updates and changes from our broker dealer
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures
  • Manage supply and IT budgets
  • Manage supply and IT budgets
  • IT liaison between offices, associates and IT/phone support providers


  • Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Associate degree required (B.A. or B.S. preferred)
  • Management experience
  • Organized and Detail Oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership ability
  • Good computer skills, Microsoft (Quicken experience a plus)
