EPISODE 14

The Power of Vision & Finding Your Why with Andrew DiDonato, Head Football Coach at Grove City College

SEPTEMBER 15, 2026

Success rarely happens overnight. It is built one decision, one habit, and one "brick" at a time.

“Focus on your vision, not your circumstance.”

Greg Weimer sits down with Andrew DiDonato, Head Football Coach at Grove City College, for a conversation about leadership, faith, intentionality, and the power of staying focused on a vision bigger than yourself.

When Andrew took over the Grove City football program in 2016, the team had not won a game in three years. His “Brick by Brick” approach helped transform the program while reinforcing lessons that extend far beyond football. Andrew shares why vision, gratitude, and understanding the “why” behind what you do can help you lead with greater purpose and make a lasting impact on others.
