Sean’s desire to join the financial services industry began after reading a book, co-authored by his mother, entitled Never Out of Season, by David W. Hunter. The idea of wealth building, starting at a young age, was so interesting to Sean that he knew he wanted to pass on what he was learning to those closest to him. In doing so, Sean is motivated to develop meaningful relationships and to make an impact on his friends and family through hard work, a positive attitude, and a caring personality.
Sean graduated from Penn State, Smeal College of Business, with a B.S. in Enterprise Risk Management and Finance. While at Penn State, Sean was an avid donor and fundraiser for THON, a student-run philanthropy that supports children and families impacted by childhood cancer. Before joining Confluence, Sean worked with Deloitte in Washington, D.C. as a consultant in the Risk and Financial Advisory group.
Since moving back to Pittsburgh, Sean has enjoyed playing golf with his friends and family, staying active outdoors, and enjoying home cooked Italian dinners! Sean is a member of St. Thomas Moore, now Resurrection Parish, where he and his family have been parishioners since 2000.
