Receptionist (Part-Time)

Confluence Financial Partners is currently seeking a receptionist for our McMurray office.

Job Description

This part-time position is designed to serve our McMurray office by greeting clients and guests, answering and routing phone calls, monitoring supply levels and placing orders, with some additional clerical duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will have the skills and ability to handle multiple personalities, be punctual and positive at all times, posses solid organizational skills, and be able to multi-task with ease.

Job Type: Part-Time, 25 hours/week; Periodic need for additional weekly hours with notice

Work Schedule: Daily, 8:00am-1:00pm

Salary: From $22.00/hour

Reports To: Chief People Officer

Work Location: McMurray, PA

Responsibilities

  • Professionally answer multiple phone lines and direct calls to multiple branches and associates as required
  • Warmly greet clients and guests when they come into the office and help them to feel comfortable
  • Handle inquiries and relay messages
  • Maintain client confidentiality
  • Provide general clerical support as requested by leadership
  • Control office inventory
  • Maintain proper appearance of reception area and conference rooms

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in reception or customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal and written
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Superior customer service skills
