Additional Information
- Interns at Confluence are paid a set, hourly rate for the duration of their summer experience.
- Interns are expected to work daily, 8:30am-5:00pm for the duration of the experience, except for designated company holidays. Candidates that cannot commit for the duration of the experience will not be considered.
- All applications must be submitted via the Confluence website or select job postings through colleges and universities. Applications submitted via phone, email, or mail will not be considered.
- Confluence Financial Partners is not a remote workplace. As such, candidates that are selected for the internship experience are required to commute to one of our office locations daily.
- Candidates that are selected for the internship experience MAY have the opportunity to earn college credit during their time with Confluence. After an initial employment agreement is signed, Confluence management will review the guidelines of the intern’s college or university to ensure that the internship experience meets the necessary guidelines for credit. Internship applicants should ensure that they provide all the necessary documentation for internship credit as part of their interview process. Confluence will work with colleges and universities to help intern candidates earn college credit, but ultimately responsibility lies with the academic institution to provide the credit and with the student to ensure that the internship experience fits the school’s requirements.
