  • Jacob Stotsky

    With a growing foundation in wealth management and a focus on supporting clients, Jacob believes that confidence in financial decisions begins with clarity, balance, and intention. In his role at Confluence, Jacob is part of the Wealth Planning Team, where he helps individuals and families enhance their lives and legacies through wealth management and strategic investment planning.

    Jacob earned his Bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College, where he was also a member of the baseball team and served as the team captain his senior season. His background in collegiate athletics shaped his approach to teamwork, preparation, and discipline- qualities he brings to his work each day.

    Outside the office, Jacob is an active member at Orchard Hill Church and stays involved in the community through sports, including participating in a golf and baseball league in the summers. He enjoys staying active, spending quality time with family and friends, and watching Pittsburgh sports. 

  • Luke Kimmich

    Luke Kimmich is a wealth associate with a lifelong passion for helping individuals and families make thoughtful, well-informed financial decisions. A third-generation in the wealth planning industry, Luke was inspired by both his father and grandfather, whose careers shaped his early appreciation for trust, stewardship, and long-term planning.

    He earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Grove City College where he spent two years interning with Confluence. Experience that led to his full-time role at Confluence Financial Partners. He is committed to serving clients’ best interests and helping them pursue their long-term goals with clarity and confidence.

    Outside of work, Luke enjoys staying active through sports. He is a member of Mother of Sorrows Parish in Murrysville, Pennsylvania. His faith plays an important role in shaping his values and his approach to both life and work.

  • Brandon Beck

    Originally from Bossier City, Louisiana, Brandon began his career in financial services in 2005, starting in life insurance before transitioning into personal banking with National Bank. After earning his Series 7 and 66 licenses, he went on to serve as a financial advisor with both national and regional institutions from 2009 to 2013.

    In 2015, Brandon joined a financial planning firm, where he has led countless retirement seminars and educational workshops. His work focuses on guiding pre-retirees and retirees through income planning, tax-efficient strategies, and long-term investment decisions.

    What truly drives Brandon is helping clients gain clarity and confidence. He has a natural ability to simplify complex financial concepts and turn them into practical steps that support clients’ long-term goals.

    Outside the office, Brandon treasures time with his family and enjoys being outdoors—especially when he can spend the day fishing.

  • RJ Wingertsahn

    RJ Wingertsahn

    RJ is passionate about helping clients lead more confident financial lives. With his deep interest in financial markets and economic trends, RJ brings both analytical insight and emotional intelligence to his work. He understands that behind every financial decision is a personal story, and he takes pride in uncovering what truly matters to each client. By tailoring financial plans to reflect individual values and goals, RJ aims to provide guidance that is strategic and deeply personal.

    RJ began his career in wealth management at BNY Mellon after earning a Finance degree and Economics minor from Penn State. Over the years, he has advised multi-generational families, individuals, and foundations, helping him gain a broad perspective and an appreciation for the unique needs of each client.  Inspired by Confluence’s internal values and clear vision, he joined the firm in 2025. He’s excited about the opportunity to continue delivering thoughtful advice and building lasting relationships.

    Outside of work, RJ enjoys spending time with his wife, Elyssa, and their three children, Eva, Jackson, and Emerson. The family loves to travel, and RJ finds joy in cooking, skiing, and playing the occasional round of golf. He’s also deeply committed to youth sports, volunteering as a football and basketball coach in his community. RJ believes athletics are a powerful way to teach kids accountability, teamwork, and resilience, and he takes pride in helping young athletes grow both on and off the field.

  • Jared Nicholson

    Jared joined Confluence after spending over a decade teaching high school math and business courses. Jared’s decision to pursue a career in financial advising was driven by his desire to help others and create meaningful relationships. Jared is passionate about helping clients understand their finances – including where they currently are, where they would like to be, and how to enjoy the path along the way.

    Jared graduated from Capital University with a degree in Mathematics and minors in Finance and Economics. He also played football while at Capital. He then received his Master of Arts in Teaching degree from The University of Pittsburgh.

    In his spare time, Jared enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, and spending time outdoors – especially fishing and skiing. Jared resides in the South Hills with his wife, Emily, and their son, Troy.

  • Corey Taylor

    Corey is driven by a passion for empowering and helping others to achieve long lasting legacies for their families and communities they love. In his role at Confluence Corey is a member of the Wealth Planning Team and specializes in helping individuals and families maximize their lives and legacies through intricate wealth management and strategic investment strategies. Corey also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and the CHARTERED FINANCIAL CONSULTANT® certifications from the CFP Board and the American College of Financial Services.

    Corey graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Eberly College of Business and Information Technology. Before joining Confluence Financial Partners in 2021, Corey began his wealth management career at PNC as a Fiduciary Trust Officer assisting clients with the management of various trust investment accounts.

    Corey currently lives in the South Hills with his lovely wife Kayte. In his personal time, he is avid within the Pittsburgh hockey community and enjoys giving back to the organizations he was a part of growing up. He also enjoys golfing and spending time with friends and family.  

  • Matt Kimmich

    Growing up, Matt has been involved in leadership opportunities teaching him the importance of hard work, perseverance, and determination. Matt began working for Confluence in January of 2024 where he believed the financial services industry helped him best utilize those experiences. Watching his grandfather and father over the years help and serve others helped him realize the difference Confluence can make in people’s lives.

    Matt attended Grove City College and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. While at Grove City, he was a two-year captain for the Men’s Soccer team, while being awarded several leadership awards in the process. Currently, Matt serves as a Wealth Manager on the Kimmich Team helping clients meet their retirement planning, estate & tax planning, and philanthropic needs.

    Matt and his wife reside in Zelienople. They attend Allegheny Center Alliance Church. In his spare time, Matt enjoys running, watching Pittsburgh sports, and traveling with his wife.

  • Dave Cashdollar

    Dave joins Confluence Financial Partners with more than 40 years of experience in serving clients as the Founder of Cashdollar & Associates. The focal point of Dave’s career has been to serve multi-generations of families and to be a firm where associates can learn and grow.

    Dave understands that each client is unique and he finds joy in being a problem solver for their needs and goals. He finds fulfilment in serving multi-generations of families – some of which have spanned 4 generations. He looks forward to continuing to serve clients at Confluence.

    He holds of B.A. in Education from Grove City College and a Masters of Education from Slippery Rock University. Dave holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification, which he earned in 1983. He has been a member of The American Funds Advisory Council for 33 years.

    Dave cares deeply about his community and has served in various roles with the YMCA, Chamber of Commerce, and Mercer County Industrial Development. Currently, Dave is a Trustee of Grove City College and has served at his church, Tower Presbyterian Church, as Deacon, Elder, and Trustee.

    Dave and his wife, Kathleen, reside in Grove City. The couple enjoys spending time with their family, especially being involved in their grandchildren’s athletic activities.

  • Tim Cashdollar

    Tim joins Confluence Financial Partners with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, Tim served as a financial advisor at Cashdollar & Associates, where he guided clients in developing their financial plans and managing their portfolios. Prior to Cashdollar & Associates, Tim was a Regional Vice President with John Hancock Financial. Tim holds the Certified Retirement Counselor® designation.

    Tim and his family live in Valencia, PA.
