Sarah Rupp, MS, RD, LDN
Sarah’s lifelong passion for health and wellness began in her early years, learning about nutrition and meal planning alongside her mother. As an athlete, she experienced the direct influence of nutrition on physical and mental well-being. This personal journey fueled Sarah’s desire to enhance the lives of others, leading her to pursue a career as a dietitian.
Sarah attended Bowling Green State University on a full leadership scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics in 2018. After graduation, Sarah gained more than 1,300 hours of clinical experience with Baptist Health System in San Antonio, Texas. Sarah’s passion to continually improve then led her to pursue a Masters of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Houston in 2022.
Sarah’s role at Confluence aligns with our mission to Maximize Lives and Legacies. Sarah will work with the Confluence community to help individuals improve their health and well-being, enabling them to lead more fulfilled lives.
Sarah lives in Washington with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys photo book creation, reading, and spending time in the sun with her family. You may also find her roaming the aisles of Trader Joe’s as she puts together delicious meals for her family.
