Team Group: Advisors

  • Jonathan Jordan

Jonathan brings nearly a decade of experience in the financial services industry to his practice, which serves the needs of individuals, families, and business owners. He helps clients identify and clearly articulate their financial goals through his ability to connect deeply and listen thoughtfully. From that foundation, he tailors a holistic financial plan that ultimately drives the investment portfolio decisions for each client’s unique situation.

Jonathan began his career in 2013 at Federated Hermes and joined the team at Confluence in mid-2014.

He and his wife, Minja, are actively involved in the communities in which they live. They hold Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall & Museum Trust, Naples Botanical Garden and the many wonderful public parks in Allegheny and Collier counties especially close to their hearts. In his free time, Jonathan continues to build on his collegiate tennis career through competition in (any & all) racquet sports and finds balance in practicing yoga, listening to live music, and reading. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his family.

  • Randy Holcombe

The opportunity to make a positive difference in people’s lives is why Randy chose a career in wealth management. He is passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals and cut through the constant noise of the day-to-day financial markets.

Randy has built relationships as a trusted advisor to his clients through his work ethic, diligence, and attention to detail. Prior to joining the Confluence team, Randy gathered experience as an equity analyst for Motley Fool and Seeking Alpha. He earned his finance degree with honors from Grove City College.

Outside the office, Randy enjoys spending time with his family and being outside as much as possible. An avid hockey fan, this Wisconsin native can often be found at the Pens game or playing hockey at a local rink. Randy lives with his wife, Melanie, and their three children in Ross Township. The family attends New Community Church.
