Gregory developed a passion for the financial services industry early in life, drawn to the meaningful impact investing and thoughtful financial planning can have on people’s lives. As President of Confluence Financial Partners, he helps lead the firm and manages the day-to-day operations while helping clients navigate their wealth management and financial planning needs as part of the Weimer Team. Gregory is committed to making the financial journey clear, personal, and rewarding — whether working with first-time investors or experienced, high-net-worth families.
Prior to joining Confluence, Gregory worked for five years at Ernst & Young advising corporations on all of their tax accounting and consulting needs. He worked with a variety of clients ranging from small family-owned businesses to large publicly held corporations. Gregory graduated from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business with a degree in accounting and information systems. He also holds a Master’s degree in accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. In addition, Gregory holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) registered in the state of Pennsylvania.
Gregory enjoys giving back to the community. He and his wife, Nicolet, are co-chairs of the Children’s Trust at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and he is on the Board of Directors for the Peters Twp. Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, Gregory enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, reading, and running. Gregory resides in the South Hills of Pittsburgh with his wife, Nicolet, and their four children, Adeline, Ella, Beau, and Hudson.
