Marissa Dinello

Marissa Dinello is a dynamic and results-driven marketing leader with 15 years of experience spanning across multiple industries, including financial services, biotechnology, hospitality, and Software as a Service (SaaS). As the Director of Marketing for Confluence Financial Partners, Marissa is responsible for leading the company’s marketing strategy, brand development, and innovation. Her extensive background in strategic planning, event management, branding, and design has made her a versatile force in shaping successful campaigns and initiatives across diverse sectors.

Marissa’s marketing journey began at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in Graphic Design. Her exceptional talent was quickly recognized—she was the recipient of the First Place Scholarship for the Advertising Federation of Northwest PA Student Portfolio Review and earned multiple prestigious awards, including a Gold ADDY Award and Best of Show honors for her design work on Chimera, Edinboro’s nationally awarded journal of art and literature. She also received a Gold ADDY Award for her design work on the Steve Emmett Retrospective publication. With a solid foundation in graphic design, Marissa has consistently leveraged her creative skills to elevate marketing initiatives and drive impactful visual communications.

Throughout her career, Marissa has demonstrated a passion for blending creativity with strategy, delivering marketing solutions that resonate with target audiences and drive business growth. She brings a unique perspective to every project, leveraging both her design expertise and her broad marketing acumen to craft campaigns that inspire and engage.

Outside of her professional life, Marissa enjoys traveling. She has explored the vibrant cultures of Japan, Italy, and Cuba, and is always eager to add new destinations to her list. A proud resident of the South Hills, Marissa enjoys gardening and embarking on home DIY projects. At home, she is kept company by her partner Nick, two dogs, and three cats, who are always by her side as she balances work, creativity, and personal passions.
