Going the extra mile has been the hallmark of Neil’s career. Whether he’s helping business owners plan for their employees’ retirements–or connecting a client with a fly-fishing guide Oregon. For more than 15 years, Neil has been delivering sound, objective guidance across a range of disciplines – including retirement planning, portfolio management, wealth management and wealth transfer.
A lifelong learner, Neil earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Duquesne University. His extensive experience includes serving as vice president and a team partner at UBS Financial Services, managing $250 million in assets. Before joining Confluence, he was a wealth management advisor at TIAA-CREF Individual Advisory Services, delivering complex financial plans for high-net-worth individuals.
Neil is also dedicated to giving back to his community. He is a member of the board of directors of the Mon Valley YMCA, and is an active fundraiser and contributor to The Heyward House, Cameron Heyward’s Foundation. An avid golfer and football and basketball fan, he also enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, working out and coaching youth sports.
